Easy Tandoori Spice Blend

Check out my easy tandoori spice blend for your next grillout.

One of my favorite South Asian recipes (and one of my parents favorite too!) is Tandoori Chicken. It’s got incredible flavor — the perfect blend of spice and comfort and traditionally cooked in a Tandoori oven. When I first came up with this recipe, I used this spice blend for my Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken Wings — SO GOOD. This spice blend is perfect for most any white meat — chicken drumsticks/breasts or thighs — or even pork ribs! All you have to do is mix the blend of spices together and when ready, add lemon juice, the ginger & garlic. You just rub it on whatever meat you’re cooking, let it marinate for at least 30 minutes and voila! So stinking good.

1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (more or less for your liking)
