Immune Boosting Anti-Bloat Tea
5 minutes - serves 2
1/2 cup fresh mint
1 inch knob of ginger, sliced
1 tsp ajwain seeds (celery seeds)
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tbs honey
Add all ingredients except honey to a glass container and pour 2 cups of hot water over it. Steep for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tbs honey to 2 mugs and pour the tea through a strainer into both of them.
Serve warm and enjoy!
