This super easy immune boosting, anti bloating tea is so delicious and comes together in minutes.

Immune Boosting Anti-Bloat Tea

5 minutes - serves 2

1/2 cup fresh mint

1 inch knob of ginger, sliced

1 tsp ajwain seeds (celery seeds)

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

2 tbs honey

  1. Add all ingredients except honey to a glass container and pour 2 cups of hot water over it. Steep for 5 minutes.

  2. Add 1 tbs honey to 2 mugs and pour the tea through a strainer into both of them.

  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
